Step 1 of 4

About you

Your age
Sex

Used only to tailor what we suggest you ask about.

Step 2 of 4

Your numbers

"I don't know" is a useful answer. It tells you what to measure next.

Your most recent blood pressure
Your waist compared with your height

Measure around your belly button. Example: at 5'8" (68 inches), half is 34 inches.

Your resting heart rate

Most smartwatches show this.

Your fasting blood sugar or A1c
Have you had your ApoB tested?

ApoB counts the particles that build plaque in arteries. Standard cholesterol panels don't include it.

Have you ever had Lp(a) tested?

Lp(a) is largely inherited. Most adults only need it measured once.

Have you had your fasting insulin tested?

Step 3 of 4

Your habits and history

Hours of sleep on a typical night
Strength training days per week
Brisk activity per week (walking, cycling, swimming)
Did a parent or sibling have a heart attack or stroke before 55 (men) or 65 (women)?
Your energy most afternoons
Hormone-related symptoms (hot flashes, low libido, poor recovery, brain fog)
