These Terms of Use govern your access to organicwell-usa.com (the "Site"), operated by Organic Well™, Miami, Florida. By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

No medical advice; no physician-patient relationship

Site content is provided for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using the Site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create a physician-patient relationship. A physician-patient relationship is established only after an in-person or telehealth evaluation and mutual agreement to care. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on this Site. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

Eligibility

The Site and our services are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 18.

Appointments, fees, and insurance

Requesting a consultation through the Site is a request only; appointments are confirmed by our team. Organic Well does not participate with insurance plans. Fees are disclosed transparently before care, and superbills can be provided for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are provided at booking.

Telehealth

Telehealth services are offered in accordance with Florida law to patients located in Florida at the time of service. Telehealth has limitations; in-person evaluation may be required when clinically necessary.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, images, and design — are owned by or licensed to Organic Well and protected by intellectual-property laws. ORGANIC WELL™ and related marks are trademarks of Organic Well. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, submitting false information, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party sites and services (including WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, and scheduling or analytics providers). We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Governing law and venue

Thank God for Dr. Isalguez! I did a telehealth with her the night before my microdiscectomy so I would have a doctor's approval in time for my surgery about a month ago and I count it as a miracle that she took the time to make this happen. A possible bacterial infection was found in my back when they opened me up. Dr. Gottleib, my surgeon said it looked "like a big pimple popped in there." They called it an abscess but hadn't gotten the lab results yet to determine the type of bacteria, if that's what it was. Once the operation was completed they sent my partner and I over to the ER at Doctor's Hospital where I stayed for a couple days while they took blood cultures and kept an eye on me. I was released late Friday after the operation and headed home to begin five weeks of IV antibiotics. Luckily after the cultures came back everything was negative and I no longer needed the antibiotics. Thank you, Dr. Isalguez, for taking your time late in the day to help me get my much-needed back surgery. I'm in much less pain now and very grateful to you.

A Truly Exceptional Doctor! Dr. Isalguez is one of the most thorough and compassionate doctors I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. Unlike many past experiences, she actually makes eye contact, listens intently, and takes the time to walk through your full medical history with care and attention.
