Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected charges for any non-emergency item or service, including related costs such as lab tests and medications, when you schedule at least 3 business days ahead or when you ask for one. If your bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it. Keep a copy of your estimate.
