What is the Organic Well Baseline?
The Organic Well Baseline is a complete picture of your health today, and a clear plan for where you want to be. You get two visits, totaling over two hours, with Dr. Isalguez and her clinical team.
What's included
The full picture of your health. 120+ biomarkers across heart, metabolism, hormones, inflammation and nutrients, including the ApoB, Lp(a) and fasting insulin a routine checkup leaves out.
What's under the scale. An InBody scan shows your muscle, body fat and visceral fat, so progress means more than weight.
Real time with your physician. Two unhurried visits totaling over two hours with Dr. Isalguez and her clinical team. Your whole story, heard.
Answers you can act on. A personalized written plan covering nutrition, movement, sleep, supplements and medications, prioritized so you know exactly where to start.
A head start on ongoing care. Your full Baseline investment is credited toward an Organic Well membership when you continue within 30 days.
How it works
Visit 1
Medication and history review with our nurse practitioner, then time with Dr. Isalguez. Your InBody scan and lab draw happen at this visit.
Your lab panel
Boston Heart bills your labs separately. Many insurance plans cover part or all of the cost, and our team will help you check your coverage before your draw.
Visit 2
Dr. Isalguez walks you through your results and your personalized plan. We'll schedule this with you after Visit 1.
Before your visit
- Complete your intake forms (about an hour). We'll email a secure link after you book.
- Arrive fasting. Water only for 10–12 hours before your appointment.
- Bring your medication and supplement list and any recent lab reports.
Cost
Your Baseline $1,800
A 20% deposit ($360) holds your place and is applied in full to your Baseline.
- Your lab panel is processed by Boston Heart Diagnostics and billed separately, and many insurance plans cover part or all of it.
- Rescheduling and cancellation: You can reschedule or get a full refund with at least 7 days' notice. With less than 7 days' notice, or if you miss the appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
